About Us

Hey, we get it: we're beautiful just the way we are. But bodies are ever-changing. Some of us have post-kid tummies. A couple of us lost a ton of weight and feel self-conscious about our excess skin. Sometimes we're going through an all-you-can-eat phase. Other times, life gets in the way of our gym routines. But, mostly, our bodies are telling the story of our entire lives - and, sometimes, we're just not up for it.

GoShape™ was created by these women: women who sometimes need a little (or a lot) of help to get that extra oomph in their step, to get their inner light to shine through, to be brave. And there’s no shame in that. No shame in that at all.
